Dashboard
The WEBcnx dashboard provides an efficient way for personnel involved in the monitoring of multiple tasks to see what is required of them and their colleagues on any given day.

Forms
The number of repetitive procedures are dramatically reduced, and errors caused by duplication completely eradicated, through the conversion of manual forms into efficient electronic forms.

Relevant and effective communications
Automatic email notification will ensure that requests and processes are routed efficiently and always to the correct individual or group of individuals. Users can define any number of reminders or escalations to ensure that tasks do not get stuck with any one person for longer than is necessary.

Online drawing standards
Users can create designs from a comprehensive library of industry standard and custom drawing styles, whether to prompt a design or sample request, or to extract drawing related information such as blank size, material weight or total rule length for use in the raising of estimates or quotations.

Real-time access to drawing data
You, your colleagues, your customers and your suppliers will have 24 hour access to drawing data and related information from any standard web browser, on any standard operating system, anywhere in the world. This will empower colleagues and customers, with authorised access to your WEBcnx database, to download the drawings they need by themselves, whenever they need to, at the same time keeping your designers designing and their non-productive time to a minimum. It will eliminate bottlenecks where they may exist and helps you to allocate work to maximum efficiency.

Reports
Advanced reporting and analysis tools will enhance your ability to make informed business decisions and allow you to monitor and manage your company’s aspirations and objectives using the data created by WEBcnx. For example, you may choose to keep track of individual and departmental performance, identify your most profitable account or market sector, or assess the performance of your suppliers. Reports are generated in seconds and always using current data.

CAD integration
Although WEBcnx is designed to work with any CAD software, it integrates seamlessly with Arden Software’s Impact CAD application via a plug-in which transfers project data automatically, completely eliminating the opportunity for duplication and typing error.

Audit trail
Users can access a complete audit history for any task or process data enabling users to establish who did what, when and why, whenever the need arises.

Security
There’s no need to worry about anybody accessing data they shouldn’t, as WEBcnx maintains complete control over what each individual can see and do via configurable user privileges, which guarantees the confidentiality of drawings and associated documents.

Open and scalable architecture
WEBcnx is built upon a foundation which provides the kind of scalable, open, and reliable architecture necessary for business process management deployments that can involve hundreds of users. The architecture is based on a Microsoft.NET foundation and leverages powerful industry standard enterprise computing technologies such as Web Services and XML. At the heart of the architecture is Arden Software’s NServer technology.
